REU Students Tour MUSiC Laboratory

The University of Arkansas Power Group recently welcomed Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) students to the Multi-User Silicon Carbide Research and Fabrication Facility (MUSiC) for an inside look at cutting-edge semiconductor research and manufacturing.
During the tour, students examined silicon carbide fabrication, learned about advanced power electronics research, and observed the impact of these technologies on energy systems and semiconductor innovation. This experience provided valuable insight into research and career opportunities in the expanding semiconductor industry.
