The National Multi-User Silicon Carbide (MUSiC) Research & fabrication Laboratory is the only low-volume SiC integrated circuit fabrication laboratory in the United States, serving as an open-access sandbox for semiconductor research. It bridges the gap between academia and industry by offering hands-on training, seamless prototyping, and the tools for American researchers to drive breakthroughs in semiconductor technology.
